What I Learned at the Fauci Deposition: Fauci is a “Karen”

As a plaintiff in the State of Missouri ex rel. Schmitt, et al. v. Joseph R. Biden, Jr., et al, I was invited to attend the Fauci deposition by my attorney with New Civil Liberties Alliance, Jenin Younes. The transcripts of the deposition should be made available soon but I wanted to share a few takeaways from the event.

Anthony Fauci, The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft, and Health Freedom Louisiana’s Jill Hines

I am not an attorney so this was very much a spectator sport for me. There were two very competitive teams in the room with defined rules including a seven hour time limit that Fauci tried to run out on several occasions by rambling on to (paraphrase) “put the question in proper context.”

The questioning was lead by Missouri Solicitor General John Sauer who did not come to play. Sauer did not put up with the long tangents Fauci was aiming for, directing him to stay on topic and cutting him off completely if/when the question was answered. The first two hours were questions regarding virus origins with Fauci’s attorney, Adam Kirschner, objecting so often that at one point he exclaimed, “Objection, your honor!”

It is likely that every name, article, email pertaining to the viral origins of SARS-CoV-2 that you are familiar with were discussed. As Louisiana’s Attorney General Jeff Landry pointed out in this Epoch Times article, Fauci Could Not Recall Key Details During Deposition: Louisiana Attorney General:

“It was extremely troubling to realize that this is a man who advises presidents of the United States and yet couldn’t recall information he put out, information he discussed, press conferences he held dealing with the COVID-19 response,” Landry added later.

As we were reminded more than once during the deposition by Fauci, he has “a really important day job” and “averages a couple thousand emails a day.” Should we really expect him to remember minuscule details like discussions on virus origins and lab funding?

Yes, yes, we should.

Repeatedly, Fauci described double-blind randomized control studies as the ultimate research standard, while failing to offer any such studies for the implementation of social distancing or masking. He admitted social distancing was adopted at the suggestion of Clifford Lane, a scientist who returned from China touting its effectiveness. Yes, you heard that right. The U.S. and countries around the world implemented an extreme experiment in behavior modification referred to as “social distancing” on the observations of one man. According to Fauci, “social distancing is warranted to save lives.”

The same lack of evidence can be said of masking. There were no double-blind RCTs performed between the February email wherein Fauci dissuaded the use of masking to his April 2020 about-face when masking became suddenly imperative.

During the deposition, AG Landry sat at the table with two books in front of him: The Real Anthony Fauci, Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s immaculately sourced account of Fauci’s decades of collusion with pharma at National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), and The Great Influenza, which details what public health learned from the 1918 Spanish Flu epidemic. Landry made sure the other side saw the well-worn, sticky-noted books which only highlight what a fraud Fauci and his pandemic response really are. His answers during Wednesday’s deposition only confirmed it.

Fauci is a Karen

Historians and psychologists alike have much to analyze in the coming years, including the startling incident during the deposition when Fauci, in true “Karen” fashion, stopped mid-sentence, looked accusingly at the court reporter who sat several feet away from him on his right, and asked sternly if she had a viral infection because “the last thing in the world I want to get is covid.” As you’ll see in the video of the deposition, Fauci was equally put off when AG Landry carefully sneezed into his suit coat and Fauci glared at him for several seconds from across the room. Despite repeated declarations of the “life-saving” nature of the covid vaccines, Fauci obviously does not trust them to prevent future infection regardless of his habitual use and proclamations of effectiveness just a day prior at his farewell press conference at the White House.

Incidentally, the court reporter announced that she suffers from allergies yet still quickly offered to mask herself to appease Fauci’s concerns of re-infection. She remained masked for the remainder of the day to placate his hypochondria.

We will get to the truth

It cannot be stressed enough how important State of Missouri ex rel. Schmitt, et al. v. Joseph R. Biden, Jr., et al is. Americans deserve the truth surrounding every aspect of the covid pandemic and the ensuing public health response – medical ethics and human rights demand it. The only way we can truly be freed from pandemic panic is for a clear analysis of the collusion between government bureaucrats and social media insiders who silenced dissent from the only allowed public health narrative in an astonishing Orwellian manner.
