Louisiana students return to school just in time for more political games. The Louisiana Department of Health requested private healthcare companies to write the governor asking him to implement a mandatory mask mandate including K-12. He obliged.
Some local school superintendents decided they will no longer accept religious or philosophical exemptions. The only acceptable mask exemption is a doctor’s note and they must be willing to go to court over it. The Attorney General has offered an opinion on the matter. In fact, BESE is scheduled to consider his opinion on Wednesday August 18, 2021.

On Monday, August 16, 2021 BESE and the House Committee on Health and Welfare will meet at 10 o’clock. Unfortunately they meet in separate buildings. BESE will be discussing Social Studies standards and LEAP results. The house Committee on Health and Welfare will consider laws and policies allowing exceptions to vaccine mandates as they apply to k-12 school admissions and enrollment.

The deciding factor for mandating a vaccine has no basis in forced compliance. A person has the constitutionally protected rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The attempt to force vaccinate infringes on a person’s individual freedom of choice to live their life in both public and private settings as they deem appropriate for their personal physical and mental health. No one should be coerced and mandated to take experimental treatments for cancer or other diseases. The horrors of the WW2 medical experiments in Nazi Germany showed the world the evil culpable in human hearts that rationalized misery and deformity in the name of science and the public good. The Nuremburg Code of 1947 was enacted to safeguard against future atrocity and is still applicable. Masks cannot stop entrance to aresolized viral particles because of their minute micron size. At best they serve as a visible ecurity blanket for a fearful populace. The vaccines are not proven safe and effective, as there are no long term studies and breakthrough cases are actually increasing among the vaccinated. Previous attempts at mRNA vaccines among animals were disastrous. The pharmaceutical companies do nor even disclose the vital ingredients or possible side effects in the package inserts as is done with all medications and vaccines. Therefore informed consent has not been facilitated. And lastly, the exemption of the pharmaceutical companies from legal liability as regards adverse reactions or death should be the smoking gun that route No Recourse to millions of people in America. No liability for these companies who will profit from an experimental emergency use medical therapy.

Every single one of us has rights & they are being stepped on by an overreaching, out of control Government. Where does it end? All it takes is a few wiling to comply, not ask the critical questions and allow those in power to lead via fear. That right there is the real virus. Wake up people before its too late! We are inching towards a cliff we can’t come back from every day!

We have, as do many states, an oppressive Democrat as governor.
My grandaughter, age 18, who unfortunately lives in Massachusetts (which voted 78% for our senile, rotten President), is currently in a 30 day inpatient psychiatric facility for severe anxiety after 20 months of isolation, no in-person school attendance, and mandated mask wearing even inside her own home because her grandmother lives with them.
She is not alone, tens of millions of kids are in the same boat. Their world has become irrational.
Now our Guv wants to mask up little kids? This is evil.
